Entries are limited to one per person and the online form must be completed by 11:59 pm ET on 30 April of the year in which the award is to be given. Scholarship is non-transferable.

This form can be saved and completed in a later session. Fields with asterisks indicate required information. Responses must be in the applicant's own words. Responses substantially written using generative AI will be disqualified. In cases where AI has been used as a translation tool for non-English speakers, the applicant's original work and AI translation must be submitted together.
