Event Description
Ethical Storytelling: Genealogical research often uncovers stories that are as challenging as they are compelling. This presentation explores how to approach those discoveries with care, addressing both ethical and legal considerations through practical examples. Laurianne Schell was born and raised in Alberta, Canada, and holds a BFA in Design from the University of Lethbridge. Based in Calgary, she works as a Project Support Coordinator and is currently pursuing BCG certification. She has spent more than 25 years creating family history books, frequently working with sensitive and complex family stories.
