Event Description
Feelings of insecurity and self-doubt can stall progress and fuel procrastination, but fresh research shows they can also be reframed as strengths. This session explores productive failure, humility as a professional advantage, and the idea that insecurity can serve as a useful alert to risk rather than a signal to stop. One part inspiration and one part practical strategy, you will leave with a few powerful habits to overcome procrastination, navigate uncertainty, and bring more steady inspiration into your work.
