Event Description
The Ethical Genealogist: Seeking Truth with Care, Context, and Compassion
Almost everyone wants to do what is right and ethical. However, the right and ethical are not always clear or simple. Professional genealogists sometimes face situations requiring their discernment of what is right and ethical as they interact with clients and colleagues.
This webinar will provide principles and guidance for acting within such situations. A portion of the webinar will address questions submitted in advance by participants concerning the ethical quandaries encountered in their genealogical work.
