This panel brings together experts in forensic genealogy, law, and international research to examine how genealogical evidence supports claims of dual citizenship. Kelly Barbano-Bodami, David Ryan,and Michael Gierszon will discuss the legal qualifications and documentation methods/requirements used to verify lineage, locate vital records, and meet legal standards across different countries. Additionally, attendees will gain insight into the challenges in supporting dual citizenship requirements.
