PLEASE NOTE THE DATE AND TIME. This event will be held 16 September 2025 at 2:00 PM Eastern Time because of the holiday the following week and to accommodate international members. (Please visit https://www.timeanddate.com for worldwide time equivalents.) Doors open 30 minutes early (1:30 PM) for networking and announcements.
Spend an some time with the SIG as we meet with Markus Schönherr and Hector Birchwood for a comparison of different points of view on contingency fee work, to aid members in understanding when it might not be uncommon and under which circumstances it could be considered ethical.
