A Ford By Any Other Name: A Multiple Identity Case Study
James Ford started life in Ireland, married in England, and immigrated to the United States -- where he seemingly disappeared from the records. This case study explores how church, military, and other 19th-century sources first revealed and then resolved multiple identities.
Presenter Alaine Keisling, owner of Keisling Research, specializes in the Mid-Atlantic region. She is vice president and program chair of Mid-Atlantic APG.
